Project Manager

Our client is a well-established and growing remedial construction company with a strong reputation and loyal client base. Following a period of sustained growth, they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of remedial projects.

This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership from tender through to completion—ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You’ll manage works from tender to completion — coordinating trades, managing schedules and budgets, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage remedial construction projects end-to-end
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor project programs, budgets, and deliverables
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance across all stages
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

About You

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction project management
• Tertiary qualification in Construction, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong technical building knowledge with a keen eye for detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project timelines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)
• Remedial construction experience highly regarded
